Evening Run Workout Sessions

The Qualicum Beach Wednesday Night Run Club started in November 2023, as a means to bring local runners together for evening speed workouts. The QB Run Club is excited to join forces with ORCA to continue to bring even more running options to our community! The Workout

The group does an easy 2-3km group warm up, followed by speed work, then an easy 2-3km group warm down. The speed work varies week to week and may contain timed or distance intervals or some hill work.

The workouts are always shared on the Facebook Group (QB Wednesday Night Run Club – FB page) a few days in advance


Be prepared for the weather especially those wet and cold days. For the warm days, bring water. We do run on the streets so good lighting and reflective gear is advisable during the dark months.
