The Oceanside Running Club Association (ORCA) Mother’s Day Run is Back for 2023

It has been three years since the last event and the club is extremely pleased to bring it back.

You can expect the same great features of the past events. A beautiful location, smiling faces, great motivation to run your best, wonderful food, and of course great prizes.

Big News

There is a new location. The event will be in the heart of the quaint seaside Town of Qualicum Beach.

There is a lovely 5 KM base route that serves both distances. The 10 K entrants do a double loop – twice the fun and enjoyment!

The start/finish (and mid-way check point for the 10 K) will be the grounds of the Qualicum Beach Legion (Br.76) located on Veterans Way – the site of the famous QB Saturday Farmer’s Market.

The course is fully paved, utilizing both the popular Fern Trail and town streets, providing a safe journey through the urban forests, hobby farms and quiet residential areas of Qualicum Beach. Lots of shade along the route.
