Join us for a gentle, safe, and fun training program.

The Oceanside Running Club Association is pleased to once again offer a winter/spring Learn to Run Program for adults, 19 years or older who want to learn or re-learn healthy running skills at a personalized pace in a friendly group. Build your endurance and find your stride, gradually increasing to 30-45 minutes of running continuously over the course of 15 weeks. We meet in all kinds of weather (exception- ice/snow on sidewalks) so appropriate dress is recommended.
