It’s December 17, 2022. A brisk 2 degrees C and no wind. Nice turn out at Serious Coffee. Most everyone is sporting extra layers since this is supposed to be an easy long run day. The forecast is for snow in the coming days yet here we are enjoying another beautiful day in Parksville.

Here it is! A rejuvenated look and feel for the ORCA web site. The ORCA executive realized in early 2022 that the site needed to be updated along with the content. As we are hopefully pulling out of the pandemic, we are seeing a return of runners to our club. Providing current information to existing
