Easy Paced Runs

Are you looking for group runs that are more casual? We may have something that suits you.

The focus of these runs is on enjoyment and building fitness – not speed or competition.

You won’t be expected to run hard, to feel out of breath, or to feel that you are racing. It’s okay to take it easy and run at a pace that you are comfortable with.

For runners returning from injuries or from a long break from running, these runs build endurance safely. This helps build your running base before resuming intense training.

Session times

  • Monday evenings at 5:30
  • Wednesday evenings at 6:00
  • Saturday mornings at 9:00
