Whether you want to get out for casual runs or have bigger dreams like a 5K, 10K, half marathon, full marathon race or even an ultra marathon – on roads or trails – ORCA offers you running partners and coaching.

Weekly run training clinics

Trail Runs
There are a several club members who enjoy running on the trails around Qualicum and Parkville. These runs are informally organized. See the ORCA Trail Runs page for more info. Several ORCA members participate in the Vancouver Island Trail Running Series.
