New Tempo training session starts over Oct 22nd
If you are considering Running the Island Race Series or the Comox 1/2 Marathon in 2020 this is a good time to get started. This is a good way to boost your pace and endurance, everyone works at their own pace, a great place to start.
This is generally out and back style training.
First session will be 3 X 5 minutes of training with recovery period.
Time:Tuesday evening at 6 PM
Location: Ballenas High School parking lot, to the left side of the school.
