Saturdays – 8AM long run/walk
|Description:||This Saturday run builds twice a year to half marathon distances (usually for the Comox and Victoria half marathons), working from 12 km to 26km…. BUT we have shorter distance options available almost every Saturday.
Saturday runs are at various locations. Members will receive an email during the week and a reminder is posted in the members-only ORCA Facebook group (check to see that you have joined this group).
The group naturally breaks into different pace groups and meets at a nearby coffee shop for refreshments after the run. Walkers are also welcome!
Meet at the same time and place, form your own group and plan your own route if you like, then join other members for coffee.
